We stayed at the Greenworld Hotel main for 3days.I will recommend place due to fact it is very near the shopping area, restaurant and 5 min walk to the main station (train). The hotel rooms are out dated.carpet worn out with cigarette burns.

We stayed in this Green World Flora Hotel Main for 1st 3 nites during our holidays in Dec 2017 before we move to another hotel in another location. It is just a short walk fr the main Taipei Station. At the station itself, they are already shopping n eatery around. And right in front of the exit is the main shopping building named Xin Guang San Yue. It attracts a lot of locals n tourists. Walking towards the hotel are shops like H&M, Uniqlo n eatery. Hotel is a mid size building. Main lobby looks old. Room size is average n basic but old. Bathroom also average n old. But all things works... Breakfast is on the basement of the other annex building which u have to cross the road. Food is decent. Dining hall is clean, food is basic but ample. Overall.. We are ok with our stay in Green World Flora Hotel Main.

This is a very cheap 1 star hotel. So don't expect a nice bed nor a clean bathroom. The rooms smell bad and is moldy, but it's close to the Taipei main station. I stayed at the main hotel and you have to walk across the street to the annex to get breakfast. Only stay here if price is an issue.

The lack of review makes decision making tougher. We didn't stay at the Flora Hotel Annex but instead at Flora Hotel - Main (it is just opposite the Flora Hotel Annex). The main hotel that we stayed at was very basic - a bed, a mini fridge and a private bathroom. The staffs were very friendly and helpful to ensure our pleasant stay. The bed was tough, it felt like we're sleeping on a board hence we had to request for extra blankets as cushion. The pillow is comfortable however it's a bit on the flat side for us, hence we requested for extra pillows as well. The staff were very helpful to accommodate to our request. The room and bathroom is dated however for the price and location, i think it's considered pretty cheap. The hotel is located less than 10 mins walk from Taipei main station. The nearest exit would be the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi mall exit and Z6 exit. 7-11 is just beside the hotel and family mart is across the street. Plenty of restaurants and bakeries around. There's also shopping boutique such as Uniqlo, H&M and NET along the way to the hotel. On average it cost USD22 per night per person which is very cheap IMO for the location. If you're expecting a nice boutique hotel, this is not for you. Most of their guest are japanese (i think it's probably a domestic hotel for the japanese)

The hotel room is not new at all. Yet its bed is big enough for a family with kids. Its advantage is its proximity to main train station and bus terminal. I could easily locate the hotel even at mid-night on my own for joining my family there. I was impressed by the cleaning lady who made room for us. She greeted us cheerfully and asked where we came from. Moreover, there are a number of eateries nearby where we can try the local authentic food.
